2 - Agreement of surrender between Thomas Noble, customary tenant of the manor of Warboys, and William Nash and Katherin his wife, concerning all that messuage in Warboys where T.N. and Mark Noble now live, surrendered to W.N. and K.N. for the term of their natural lives, at the annual rent of 2s.
