1 - Indemnification Bond entered into by Thomas Griffin of Hemington, Northants, grasier, Nicholas Griffin of Hemington, shepherd, and Peter Griffin of Glapthorn, Northants, grasier, to free the parish of Great Gidding from any expenses which may arise after the above Thomas Griffin, Anne, his wife, and their children have moved there.
2 - Indemnification Bond entered into by Roger Auberry jnr. of Great Gidding, labourer, Roger Auberry of Raunds, Northants, labourer, and Henry Childe of Barnwell, Northants, yeoman, to free the parish of Gt. Frederick Johnson, clerk, Strickson Crawley and Cornelius Horsford to appear and give evidence at the Northants Quarter Sessions in an appeal to be tried between the parish of Oundle, appellant, and the parish of Titchmarsh, respondent, re the removal of Jane Peers, widow, and her 5 children from Titchmarsh to Oundle as the place of their lawful settlement.
