1 - Account book. At the back of the book there is a table of fees agreed to 1858 for interments etc., according to the Burials beyond the Metropolis Act, 1853; on the last written page are notes of 2 receipts in December 1875.
2 - Conveyance by Rev. William Maule and Thomas Vardon, Esq. to Eynesbury Burial Board of part of the close called Ray or Horse Mill Close, measuring 2r.10p., and a 10 path, for a consideration of £150. (plan included).
3 - 7 copies of a poster containing regulations for the Burial Board, established under the Burials beyond the Metropolis Act, 1853.
4 - Act of consecration and dedication of the Burial Ground, by the Bishop of Ely.
