13 - Misdemeanors, assaults etc.: John Reynolds 31, Watchmaker; Assaulting and beating William Bolton, a child about 5 to 6 years at Hemingford Abbots. One day's imprisonment and to give sureties.
14 - Depositions: John Glover and George Griges: Accused by George Jackson, Waterman, St. Ives their employer, of stealing a silver table spoon which they broke end tried to dispose of to St. Ives Silversmiths, Samuel Hardy and Dunville.
15 - Depositions: John Seaman and George Adams. Accused by James Giddins, farmer, Hemingford Abbots of fowl stealing.
16 - Depositions: George Bone, alias John Sutton, labourer, Girtford, Bedford. accused by Thomas Reeve, Earith, labourer of stealing 18 bushels of potatoes (20/-)
17 - Depositions: Sarah Stokeley and Elizabeth Goodes. Accused by William Humphries, labourer on Mr Whitwell's farm, Great Stokeley, of stealing from his wife 21 bundles of gleanings. As Huntingdon women the accused had not the right to glean in the field.
18 - Depositions: John Williams, Horncastle. Accused by Thomas Waite, Yaxley, Miller, of stealing from him, at Norman Cross Statute held near the New Inn, Yaxley, a pocket book containing £20. (A graphic description of persistent jostling and following of the prosecutor by three pickpockets and taking into custody of the culprit by the crowd).
19 - Depositions: William Frost: Accused by Lucy Watts, Widow, Keeper of the staunch at Long Orton of stealing £5.2.0, ferry money for which she was accountable to Earl Fitzwilliam.
20 - Depositions: Joseph Paul, Pocking, Essex, labourer. Accused by Joseph Southwell, tailor, March, Isle of Ely, of stealing from him at St.Ives Fair, a pocket book containing memoranda and a power of attorney for Southwells son in America to receive money on his father's behalf. Witnesses describe watching the suspicious actions of Paul and three other pickpockets (of Williams' case).
21 - Deposition: John Reynolds accused of aggravated assault on a boy of 5 or 6 years, William Bolton, the child (illegitimate) of his wife Catherine.
22 - Deposition: Lambald Stocker and William Wilks accused of stealing 14 sacks, a greatcoat and wrapper from Robert Packwood, gardener and proprietor of the Jolly Butcher, public house, St. Ives. Whilst in prison confession by Wilks of receiving, accusing William Epey, labourer, Joseph Earl, coal porter, John Crouch, stone mason of stealing.
23 - Deposition: Joseph Nightingale, Yaxley. Accused of stealing 15 lbs of beef (8/-) from his employer John Speechley, Yaxley, butcher. Evidence by John Faux, Yaxley, farmer.
24 - Deposition: John Skellett, Yaxley, labourer. Accused by William Preston, Fletton, Constable, of assaulting him whilst Preston was arresting him on a poaching charge - Warrant (Oct.) enclosed for the arrest of Skellett and Thomas Stretton, Yaxley, for trespassing on land belonging to William Bradley.
25 - Deposition: Elizabeth Sharpe, Brampton. Accused of stealing 6 silk handkerchiefs from the shop of Richard Carter, draper, Huntingdon.
26 - Conviction of Solomon Cook, Graffham for deserting his wife and family. 3 mos.H.L.
