1 - Deposition: Statesments from Richard Kirby, St. Neots, auctioneer and his daughter Elizabeth concerning an umbrella said to have been stolen by a servant Jane Gooding (Goodman?) on Diddington Feast Sunday (Aug 28).
2 - Deposition: Statements from Charles Warner, Somersham, farmer, James Wesson, Earith, blacksmith, Isaac Benton, Somersham, labourer, William Thompson, concerning a gun lost by Warner in 1829 and allegedly stolen by Thompson and sold to Wesson.
3 - Deposition: By Susannah Barton, widow, Elton, charging James Atkins, John Chadbon, Andrew Hospital and William Drake with following her from the Royal Oak, Elton, tying her in a chair, breaking open a linen chest and stealing clothes and bed clothes. John Eayre, constable of Elton, Lydia Goodwin wife of the publican of the Royal Oak, Elizabeth and Mary Chadbon, Elizabeth Merlow also deposed.
4 - Deposition: From John Page, Wistow, victualler, asking for surety of the Peace against his son John.
5 - Deposition: From Samuel Marriott, Titchmarch, Northants, draper, accusing Mary Smart, Woodford, of obtaining from him by forging an order from Mrs. Freeman of Ringstead, printed calico, seal skin caps etc.
6 - Conviction: Samuel Bellamy convicted of damaging the house of Sarah Morgan at Stanground, by breaking a glass window. Fined 6/6, and 11/6 costs, both sums to be payable to Sarah Morgan. In default, 6 weeks' hard labour.
7 - Conviction: Joseph Clarke for the same damage to Sarah Morgan's house and on the same day (July 19) was fined 6/6 and 15/6 costs, 15/6 payable to Sarah Morgan, 6/6 to Bartholemew Deacon, a Stanground overseer. On default, 2 month's hard labour.
8 - Conviction: Joseph Read, Stow, labourer, for using a gun to kill game in Kimbolton, fined £5. Informer Richard Rickett Wells, Eynesbury, gentleman, who received half the fine, Kimbolton poor the other.
9 - Conviction: William Goodwin of the Crown public house, Elton, victualler, fined £5 (mitigated to £2.10.0. for first offence) and 10/- costs for allowing Henry Gaskell, Thomas Barr and Daniel Parish to tipple on his premises on Sunday afternoon during Church hours.
10 - Hurstingstone Petty Sessions. Charge - that on Sunday, at Saint Ives, they did use and employ certain boats or barges in navigating the River Ouse.
11 - Christopher Garner, Houghton, licesed victualler, fined £2.3.6. (first offence) and 16/6 costs for permitting drunkenness on his premises.
12 - John Hubbard, Warboys, £5. for permitting drunkenness on his premises. Second offence.
13 - John Ratcliff, St. Neots, Labourer, one month's hard labour in Gt. Stukeley for leaving wife and family dependant on the Parish of St. Neots. George Ashley, St. Neots, 3 months for similar offence.
14 - George Fuller, Thomas Roast and William Coker, St. Ives, labourers, indecency. Two months' hard labour.

28 - Inquest on John Green: (1) A letter, January 29, to the incumbent of St. John's, Huntingdon from inhabitants of the Borough warning him not to inter the body of John Green, found drowned the preceding day, no inquest having been yet held in the absence of the Mayor and Coroner. William Margetts, coroner of Hurstinstone Hundred, had been asked to hold one.
29 - Inquest on John Green: (2) A letter from William Margetts (Jan 30 1830-1) to Huntingdon Borough JPs requiring them to summon a jury for the purpose.
30 - Inquest on John Green: (3) A certificate stating that at an inquest on Jan 28 at Theophilis Maugham's house, The Rose and Crown, St. Johns Parish, Huntingdon, thirteen jurors found that Green had been drowned by means unknown, no marks of violence appearing. The coroner's (David Rowley) sufficient deputy had presided.

39 - A report, May 28, 1831, by J. Linton and G. Rust, visiting magistrates, of the satisfactory condition of the gaol. There were 46 prisoners, in good health and of orderly conduct, except for two escapes, John Buncle and William Patrick (vide depositions).
40 - A letter from L. Reynolds, Esq., to Robert Castel Sherard, Esq in which, as a very old friend of Sherard's father, he advises him to use great caution, in Quarter Sessions, in dealing with the question of the liability of the Borough for the maintenance of felons convicted of offences committed within the Borough. Mr. Reynolds cites the precedents of Cambridge, Northampton and Bedford.
