1 - Concerning the theft from a bedroom in the Falcon Inn, Buckden, of a pair of stockings and a silk handkerchief belonging to George Fensom, ostler. Statement from Fensom, William Howes, constable of Buckden and George Greensmith of Brampton, the accused

7 - Concerning the theft of two turkeys from Taylor White Esq., St. Ives - statements by Col. White accusing Thomas and William Perkins of Woodhurst; by Henry Munns, Woodhurst, carpenter, that the accused had tried to get him to go with them to the old Colonels who had some good fat geese and that he, Munns, refused but followed them later informing William Green (Col. White's Lead farming man) of the theft; by the accused, corroborated by William Stains, Woodhurst, labourer, that they were in bed.
8 - Statement by William Stimpson of Alsworth, Cambridge, accusing Robert Watson of stealing from him a pair of breeches (14/-); by James Davis, Little Stukeley, labourer, that Watson had sold them to him for 5/-, because Watson was out of place and must have some money. (For the first time there appears on these Depositions a statement by the examining magistrate, Sir John Arundel, that they have been distinctly read over to the prisoner who appeared perfectly to understand the same and made his mark in my presence.
9 - Concerning the theft from William Linford, servant to Mr. James Dew, Woodwalton, of a pair of shoes, statements by Dew, Linford and Joseph Colbert accusing Daniel Hearn.
10 - Statements by John Robertson, St. Ives and Thomas Cole, St. Ives accusing William Gillson of stealing geese belonging to Robertson and to Thomas Jellis [ ] and identifying a footprint as having been made by Gillson's shoe.
11 - Connected with this case is that of Henry Hill accused by Thomas Jellis, Broughton, farmer, of stealing five geese, a tablecloth and clothing, sold to Old Shippey at the White Hart, Huntingdon. Statements from Jellis, Thomas Cole, constable and the accused.
12 - Concerning a charge made by Mr. William Smith, Old Weston, that William Borrington had stolen a quantity of peas (found in a bag in a child's cradle) - statement by Mr. Smith, William Knighton, constable, confessions by Borrington and William Jacob, co-accused.
13 - Statement by Nathaniel Bennett, Grafham, farmer, accusing Edward Bell and James White of stealing a number of fowls and by William Mays, constable, Grafham, (more detective work with footprints).
14 - Deposition: Susannah, wife of William Richford, St. Ives, accused her husband of attempting to murder her; Richford committed for want of sureties.
15 - Deposition: Accusation by Matthew Wasdale, St. Ives, Miller and by Reuben Wallis and others that John Coker the younger, St. Ives, labourer had drawn up the waste gates on the River Ouze in the parishes of Hemingford Grey and Houghton, whereby the navigation was obstructed.
16 - Concerning Hilton Poor Rate notices sent out by George Goodman Hewett warning Churchwardens and overseers (Edward Bull and George Baron) and the Revd. Edward Theed, Alexander Scot Abbot, Esq., William Hodge of his appeal at the next Quarter Sessions against an assessment. A booklet containing the assessment figures for each ratepayer is enclosed.

21 - On the information of William Carey, Everton, cum Tetworth, Gamekeeper to Stephen Thornton Esq., Thomas Lincoln was fined £5. for setting snares on land belonging to John Kidman (Witness Thomas Ashwell, Northill, Beds. Labourer, a person appointed to detect snares).
22 - Indictment: William Apethorpe, Offord Darcy, stealing 4 ducks (5/-) from John Dobson. Robert Wiles of St. Neots, charged with receiving them. True bill.
