Arthur Liquorish driving the Phaeton. The Haycock was then a private house, Mrs Percival having converted it into a private house June 1887 and her licence was relinquished 1893.

Left to right: Mrs Tom Percival (Proprietor); Hannah Weelley (later Mrs Lester Gilbert, my grandmother), governess to the Gordon children shown on the photograph: nurse to the children holding baby and Mrs W.G. Maxwell (one of Mrs Percival's daughters). Mrs Percival was the 1st person to have the Haycock as a private house. Alice Jane (Mrs Frank Gordon) was one of Mrs Tom Percival's daughters.
