12 - Counterpart of lease for 99 years at £6 pa. Mayor, etc to James Malam of Huntingdon, civil engineer. A parcel of land (120ft x 120ft) adjoining the River Ouse at Mere Dyke, being part of Mill Common, Huntingdon, and the buildings and works for the manufacture of gas.

Mayor, etc to John George Green of Buckden, esquire, and Reverend John Wheeldon of Market Street in the County of Hertford, clerk, the yearly rent of £55 payable to the mayor, etc, as a result of a lease for 999 years made to the County on 25 March 1840, of the piazzas or cloisters surrounding the Court Hall.
15 - Lease for 99 years from 11 October 1840 at £3 10s 0d pa for Lot 1 and £3 5s 0d pa for Lot 2. Mayor, etc to William Bale Cowley of Huntingdon, builder. Two pieces of building ground (30ft x 138ft and 30ft x 130ft) at the north end of the town and the 3 dwelling houses, 2 stables and chaisehouse which he has recently erected there.
16 - Lease for 99 years from 11 October 1840 at £3 5s 0d pa for Lot 3 and £2 10s 0d pa for Lot 4. Mayor, etc, to Charles Raikes Maile of Huntingdon, carpenter. Two pieces of building ground (30ft x 120ft and 30ft x 113ft) at the north end of the town and the 3 dwelling houses (including one called The Carpenters Arms), 2 cottages and outbuildings which he has recently erected there.
17 - Mutual leases (2 copies) for 20 years at £50 pa. Reverend Henry Augustus Maule of Godmanchester, clerk, master of the Hospital of St John in the borough of Huntingdon to the mayor, etc. 28a 3r 22p land, part of the New Pasture, in parish of St John Huntingdon, bounded on north by remainder of the New Pasture, on west by Woolley Way, on south by the Common and Quails Meadows and on east partly by a close in the occupation of George Betts Pumfetts.

27 - Demise for 21 years at £10 pa. Earl of Sandwich to the corporation of the town of Huntingdon, liberty, licence and easement to maintain, use and hold a water pipe or main with subsidiary works under the meadow lands of the Earl around Bromholme Brook to the west of the town.
28 - Reconveyance (re above mortgages of £55 annual rent payable on the lease of piazzas surrounding Court Hall - see Box1/14 and 19). William Bowyer of Buckden, merchant, to mayor, etc.
29 - Reconveyance. William Cater Bull of 16 Regents Park Terrace, Gloucester Gate, County Middlesex, gentleman, as personal representative of Emanuel Cater Bull, to mayor, etc. All the premises demised by a mortgage of 29 April 1857 to William forenamed and Francis Cooper Armstrong, and assigned by indenture of 6 March 1873 to William Foreman and Edward Lutt and by indenture of 17 August 1874 to Emanuel Cater Bull.

Mayor, etc, acting as the urban district council to John Hampton Hale, Charles Barclay, Francis Augustus Bevan and Alexander Lawrie, all of No. 1 Old Broad Street in the City of London, esquires, the trustees of the Assurance Fund of the Imperial Life Insurance Company, a proportion of the district general rate. (Money to be used in erecting a mortuary and post-mortem room).
