1 - William of Orwell in Eversden to James son of William Jake of Eversden. Grant and quit-claim of all rights in ½d of annual rent with appurtenances on one selion of land in field of 'Beydon Enlebrash'.
2 - Gilbert West of Great Eversden to Richard Adam of Orwell, John Prysoth of Haslingfield and John Payne of Wimpole. Feoffment of all his lands, tenements, rents, services &c in the towns and fields of Great Eversden and Little Eversden, and of the reversion of all his lands which William Knesale has for Gilbert's life in Eversden, to be held of the chief lord of the fee by customary services.
3 - John Freman of Little Eversden to Alexander Kyng of Toft and Nicholas Maye of same. Confirmation that feoffment of Alexander Kyng and Nicholas Maye with a messuage and adjacent croft in Little Eversden does not affect an earlier feoffment of same by John Freman and Florence his wife of a messuage and adjacent croft in Caldecote.

5 - John Adam son of Thomas Adam of Orwell, Alexander Rogger of Little Eversden, William Harwood of same, and Robert Kyng of Great Eversden, to William Hanson clerk, Vicar of Orwell, William Adam and Richard Barnard both of same, and John Lawrons of Eversden. Feoffment of all lands, tenements, rents, &c in the town and fields of Great Eversden which were formerly held by William Boston of Orwell deceased by the demise of William Lawrons formerly of Eversden dated 27 February, 19 Henry VII (ie. 1504) to the use of Warin Adam son of William Adam late of Eversden, to be held of the chief lord of the fee by Customary service.
