On two sheets, the smaller showing the Eastern corner of the parish, round Sunderland farmhouse. Tithe numbers. Farm buildings named. Dwelling houses coloured pink, other buildings grey. Projected course of railway line (G.N.R.) shown running North to South across buildings on the East of the town. (Area to be deducted from each inclosure marked)
