1 - Willingham: Copy of estimated value of farm property, corn and live and dead stock. Gives details of acreages and value per acre, of different crops, description of livestock and farm implements and machinery. Total value estimated at £2,722 10s. 1883.
2 - Inventory and valuation of household furniture and effects of the late I F Thoday taken for the purposes of probate, the house being 'The Limes', Willingham. Estimated total value, £267 10s. 7 September 1883.
3 - Willingham: Mrs Thoday's accounts with Thoday and son executors. 8 sheets giving payments for corn for the farm, bran, carriage of casks, etc, to station, cheques paid out, cheques and corn payments credited to account and summaries. (8 items). 1883 - 1884.
4 - Willingham: Receipt of Esther Thoday for £100 legacy left to her by the will of her late husband, Ingle Few Thoday. 29 September 1884.
5 - Receipt for Succession Duty on the property of Albert Edward Thoday upon the death of his father, Ingle Few Thoday (died 19 August 1883), property being 8a, 0r, 8p, and 4a, 1r, 28p, forming one inclosure in Middle Fen, Willingham, with house and farmstead 11a, 2r, 35p, and 11a, 3r, 36p, in same place, and dwellinghouse and cottages let to tenants. Net annual value £75 12s, 4d. 10 February 1885.
6 - Willingham: Eaden and Knowles' accounts for preparing Succession Duty account for members of Thoday family. (4 items). Accounts settled 23 March 1885.
7 - Willingham: Assessment for the Poor Rate of 'The Limes' house and lands, acreages of each plot given. Total assessment £403 15s. 28 May 1885.
8 - Particulars of sale of live and dead farming stock from the Willingham property. Numbers of cattle, horses, poultry, acres of potatoes and mangold wortzels, and list of agricultural implements given. 8 October 1885.
9 - Willingham: Mrs Thoday's sale: account of Albert Thoday. Gives amount of money raised for different lots (only poultry and crops described). Total price £513 5s, 11d. 8 October 1885.
10 - Willingham: Mrs Thoday's accounts with Thoday and Son, credits and debts from grain and ale, carriage of same, cheques, etc. (6 items). 1885 - 1886.
11 - Willingham: Lack to Thoday: observations of title to a property, with queries and answers, inview of sale of same. 27 July 1876.
12 - Counterpart lease of brewery, covered yard and alehouses in the orchard in Meldreth and a public house in Melbourn, for 28 years, annual rent £75. 1.
