DescriptionThe Hunts Post of the 30th January 1936 carried this photograph captioned "Footballers all over the County on Saturday paid silent tribute to His late Majesty [King George V] before the commencement of their games, and wore black armlets as a token of respect. This photograph shows the scene at Hinchingbrooke Park where Huntingdon Town and Wisbech Town Reserves were engaged in a Peterborough League fixture. The Huntingdon team, which has enjoyed a great measure of success this season, can be seen on the left"
