| Description | The rear view of Fenton House, Pidley cum Fenton. The Maddison & Hinde order book shows that this photograph was taken for a Mr C Daintree. Charles Daintree, a farmer of 500 acres, was living in Fenton House at the time of the 1871 census. Ten years later he was living in St Neots, therefore this view presumably dates from the 1870s. |
