TitleThe Green, Brampton
Description A view of the Green at Brampton, with a group of children standing around the village pond. Today the pond has been filled in , and this view would be difficult to reproduce as many trees have been planted on the Green. The house on the left of the view is still there, as is the Methodist Chapel and the two cottages beside it. The road which runs past the village school can be seen in the foreground, and the Harrier public house is just of shot, and would have been on the photographer's left
