TitleThe Old St Ives Methodist Chapel and Congregation
DescriptionThe Wesleyan Chapel, St Ives, with members of the congregation gathered outside. The notices read "Farewell Services....In This Old Chapel Sunday Next...by John Gawthorpe". According to Bob Burn-Murdoch in his book "Victorian St Ives", the photograph was taken in April 1904 at the last service in the old chapel before it was pulled down. The chapel was built in 1815, and the porch running across the front of the building was added in 1850.
