The heading reads These be the annoyances which do disturb the tranquility of the town and to be presented in the view of his frankpledge They concern violation of common but also the building of cottages without the required 4ac, labourers working as craftmen without full apprenticeship, leanto's etc on Lords waste, keeping a bull (except Lord and the parson) ploughing Lords waste. Order that Common Rights cannot be alienated.
