Description1. Elizabeth Fullwood, Huntingdon, spinster, only son [sic] and heir of William Fullwood, late of Huntingdon, Dr. 2. Allen Cowper of Warboys, clerk. 3. Mary Torkington, Stamford, Lincs, widow and executor in Will of William Torkington, deceased, younger son of said James Torkington, Mary Torkington, Huntingdon, spinster, daughter of James Uriah Harris, Wistow, gent and Ann, wife, another daughter of James Torkington. 4. James Torkington, Little Stukeley, clerk, eldest son and heir of James Torkington and Thomas Cozen, Huntingdon, clerk, trustee for James Torkington. Recites 1 Will of James Torkington 12 March 1735, specifying legacies and naming trustees, William Torkington, (son) William Fullwood and Alured Clarke of Godmanchester, all since deceased, by whom so much of the estate was to be leased as was necessary to pay legacies and annuities etc. remainder to go to Son, Reverend James. Recites 2. Bill of chancery by William and Mary against Reverend James and trustees, for a share of Reverend James personal estate and to be paid their several annuities and that a receiver be appointed, and also bill of Rev James to be allowed into possession of rents and profits of the estate. Recites 3. Death of William Torkington, Clerk and Trustee (br.) and revision of bills in Chancery. Recites 4. Decree of Chancery 5 July 1739 directing the Master of the Court to take administration and to appoint receiver. Recites 5. Report of Master 1745. Recites 6.
