Description1. Mark Broughton and Catherine, wife, sr and heor of William Stewkeley, deceased. 2. Laurence Torkington, Stewkeley, gent, son and heir of Catherine. Recites, both parties bound in £500 to abide by award of arbitrators, Sir Laurence Taylord, knight and Olyver Leder, Esq, in dispute concerning title of Manor of Much Stukeley and lands in Stukeley, Ramsey, Much, Raveley, Wystowe and Warboys. Now agreed. 1. Shall convey to 2. before Easter next all lands owned by late William Stukeley in Much Raveley Wistow and Warboys, cost to be equally shared by both parties. 2. 1. shall grant to 2, by Easter the Reversion of manor of Much Stewkely and all lands in Stewkeley and Raveley after death of Catherine with remainder to William and the other heirs in blood, escepting to 1. with leys called Suffey, Great and Little Rowley, messuage with appurtances in tenure of William Catalen and Peter Torkington and another close of 4ac now in tenure of John Foster adjoining to land of Thomas Hall, Esq for which 1. shall pay 2 £40
