Description1. Thomas Torkington, Great Stukeley., Esq. 2. Mark Torkington, Wyton, gent and Ann, wife (Mark brother to Thomas) Recites. Marriage of marks to Ann Cooke of Somercoate, Lincolnshire with whom he received competent dowry of £300 and Bond of 1 prior to marriage to pay various annuities to Mark. Now in performance of said bond. 1 to 2 annual rent charge of £20 of Thomas' manors of Stukeley, Nox and Prestley, except those lands recently conveyed by way of jointure arising out of lands in Great Stukeley and Abbots Ripton and another annuity of £10 after Thomas' death
