20th September 8 and 20th year Charles II. Between the Mayor, Alderman and Burgesses of the Borough of Huntingdon, and Robert Stocker of Godmanchester, Miller, in consideration of yearly rent have demised and granted and let to Robert Stocker executors etc...All those Water Mills being upon the river commonly called Huntingdon river, lying next and adjoining the said Mill and All that Close of Meadow called Brome Holme Close, with the liberty of fishing and setting of nets at the mill dam and mill tayle, and the stones and utensils of the said Mill now being...(the willows growing thereon excepted) together with all the appurtenances etc. for...to have and to hold...until the full end of term of 3 years from thence next ensuing snf fully to be complete and ending...paying therefor yearly unto the Mayor, Alderman...to the hands of the Chamberlain of the said Borough for every year...the yearly rent of FIVE and THIRTY POUNDS, to be paid quarterly...at the feast day of St. Thomas the Apostle, the sum of £8.15s 0d. ...
