DescriptionTo levy a Fine and to lead to its Uses. Rose, and his wife, covenant to levy a fine unto Samuel Wells of Ramsey, gent., of 4 pieces of pasture in Muchwood, Ramsey, (5 acres), late the estate of Thomas Quince deceased, 3 pieces of fen called Skeggins Lots (3ac. 2r. 0p. each), 2 other Skeggins Lots (3½ acres each), lying between lands of Henry Brown and lands of William Flowers and abutting upon the River Nene north, another Skeggins Lot (3½ ac)., a Bill Lot (3ac. 3r. 0p.) another Bill Lot (3ac. 3r.), and a Stocking Fen Lot (3ac. 3r.). Wells is to hold the lands to such uses as Rose shall appoint by any Deed or shall devise by his will.
