Rutland, Esq., only son and heir of Robert Hotchkin formerly of South Luffenham, Rutland, but late of Stamford, Lincs, Esq., deceased, who was brother and heir at law of Thomas Hotchkin late of Alexton, Lincs, Esq., who was grandson and heir at law and devisee of John Hotchkin, Rector of Abbots Ripton, clerk, deceased, to John Kinderely of Symonds Inn, Chancery Lane, Middlesex, gent. All his closes lying within the Lordship or Liberties of Ramsey (60 acres).
