DescriptionTo declare the Uses of a Fine. Richard Brown of Luton, Beds, gent, and Ann, his wife, heretofore Ann Poulter spinster, and late the widow and relict of Josiah King of Earith, grocer, deceased, and also the daughter and devisee in the fee named in the will of the late Henry Poulter, covenant with Richard Pooley of Ramsey, gent, that the fine levied unto him of 15 acres of pasture land in the Hollow, Ramsey, and of 4 acres of pasture land in the Hollow, Ramsey, and all other their freehold lands in Ramsey, shall be to the use of such persons as Brown and his wife shall appoint
