TitleDeed of Covenant
DescriptionTo Levy a Fine and to Lead its Uses. Rose and Hannah, his wife, covenant to levy a fine unto Samuel Wells of Ramsey, gent, of 4 pieces of pasture in Muchwood, Ramsey (5 acres), late the estate of Thomas Quince, deceased, 3 pieces of fen called Skeggins Lots (3 ½ acres each), 2 other Skeggins Lots (3 ½ acres each), lying between lands of Henry Brown and lands of William Flowers and abutting upon the River Nene north, another Skeggins Lot (3 ½ acres), a Bill Lot (3 acres 3r. Op.) another Bill Lot (3 acres 3r.), and a Stocking Fen Lot (3 acres 3r.). Wells is to hold the lands to such usues as Rose shall appoint by any Deed or shall devise by his will.
