DescriptionOf the residue of a Mortgage term in trust to attend the Inheritance. Reciting a Demise for 1,000 years of the 13th December 1782, made by John Ibberson of Ramsey, yeoman, to Richard Beaty of Peterbrough, Northants, draper, for securing the repayment of £700 and interest. Now Richard Beaty of Tottenham, Middlesex, gent, sole executor of the will of the above Beaty, deceased, to Thomas Ridlington of Ramsey, surgeon, trustee for Ibberson. £700 to Beaty by Ibberson. Ibberson's messuage and his corn Windmill, with appurtenances, and the piece of ground wheron it stands, all near the Forty Foot Bridge, Ramsey, his 22 Broadalls Lots (3 acres each), 3 other Broadalls Lots (6 acres each), 3½ acres in Broadalls, 6 acres in Broadalls Holt and 1 acre in a place called Fowland in Ramsey, all of which were late the estates of Francis Ibberson deceased and were devised in his will to his son, the above John Ibberson, for the residue of the term of 1,000 years.
