Reciting 1) Mortgage (by Demise for 1,000 years) of 19th December 1795, William Smith of Ramsey, farmer, to John Hews of Woodwalton, farmer, for £30 the Single Mereside Lots in R9/5/1. 2) Assignment of Mortgage and Further Charge of 12th May 1789, Hews and Smith to Edward Banes of Ramsey, gent, for £70, the above lands for the residue of the 1,000 years. Now, Banes to Samuel Wells of Ramsey, gent, trustee for Smith £73:7:6d to Banes by Smith. 2 Mereside Lots, Ramsey, for the residue of the term of 1,000 years.
