For £700 by Saunders to Kent and Masterman, with consent of Kent, Joshua Kent of Westeyan Place, Kentish Town, Middlesex, gent, and Joseph Kent of White Horse Court in the Borough of Southwark, bakers, brothers of the late J.C.Kent and residuary legatees named in the will. The lands in R9/2/7 for the residue of the term of 1,000 years.
