Piece of Fenny Ground (109ac.3r. 38p.), being part of 400 acres of fen situate in p. of Ramsey in a place called Middlemoor described in the Lot Book of the Corporation of the Bedford Level, Lot 8 No.16 Middlemoor etc C, and are part of a certain farm called Peacocks and late the estate of Peter Descow Esq; pieces of fenny ground (45ac. 0r. 20p.), being part of 400 acres of fen in Middlemoor described in the Lot Book Lot 7 No.17 Middlemoor etc B, and are part of a certain farm called called the Tilehouse Farm and were formerly the estate of Benjamin Le Tall (by Clerke); and small piece of fenny ground (8 perches) in Middlemoor, lately severed from other lands late the estate of Fitzjohn, as a roadway for Newton out of Loads End Drove into the premises conveyed. (Execpt and always preserved unto Wells, his heirs and assigns, undisturbed liberty of navigation upon Mill Drain and other drains running through the above lands).
