Saunders to Rev.Jones, for further securing the repayment of the £1,000 in R9/2/10, a Loadsend Lot (8ac.), 5 1/2ac of pasture in the Hearn Common, wth the barn, stable and homestall standing thereon, purchased by W.Saunders of his brothers, Isaac, to whom it had been devised in the will of the late John Saunders & 6ac. of arable in the Gore Common, which forms the freehold part of the 24 acres devised to W.Saunders by the Will of his late father, John Saunders. Now, Rev.Jones, now of Ramsey, clerk, and W.Saunders, now of Eye Hall, p. of Horningsey, Cambs, farmer, to Henry Moucher Sproule of Bury St.Edmunds, Suffolk, Esq; £1,025 to Jones and £175 to Saunders by Sproule.
