DescriptionOf George Jackson, late of Higney in the p. of Ramsey, but then of Woodwalton, gent. To his friends, Michael Garner of Kings Ripton, gent, and Owen Fann of Huntingdon, gent, in trust to sell in aid of his personal estate for the payment of his debts, legacies and funeral expences, all his real estates - to apply his estate at Godmanchester in the first place and his estate in Woodwalton in the next place for the above purposes. To his son, Original Jackson, such parts of his estates as shall remain after payment of his debts etc. and the overplus money which may arise from the sale, subject to the payment of £500 to his daughter at the age of 21 and to the payment of £50 p.a. for her use until the legacy of £1,000 by his father's will shall be payable to her.
