DescriptionOf Assignment of two Mortgage Terms in Trust to attend the Inheritance. Reciting, among other things 1) Assignment of the 15th August 1752, whereby certain lands were assigned to Thomas Palmer of Brampton, gent, for the residue of the term of 1,000 years in trust for Original Jackson and to attend the inheritance. 2) Assignment of the 11th November 1768, whereby certain lands were assigned to William Bonner of Woodwalton, gent, for the residue of another term of 1,000 years in trust for Original Jackson and to attend the inheritance. Now, at the request of John Jackson, Palmer & Dowsing and his wife, with the approbation of Garner and Fann, upon nomination of Pears, Mary Burnaby Palmer and Elisabeth Palmer, both of Brampton, spinsters, executrixes of the will of the late Thomas Palmer, assign to James Hovell of Downham Market, Norfolk, Esq; and Thomas Whytell of Ramsey, gent., executor of the will of the late William Bonner, assigns to John Houchen of Wereham, Norfolk, gent, For the £5,210 paid by Pears. The lands as in R8/7/17 and the residue of the 2 terms of 1,000 years in them.
