Description | Copy of Court Roll. Copy of Absolute Surrender by W.H. Brown of Ramsey, gent, of Lavenders Close (5 ac), situate near the Green in Ramsey, formerly the estate of John Fitzjohn and his wife, afterwards of Thomas Pooley, his son, who sold the same to Henry Brown, of such part of the Yard of a customary messuage as is reputed part of the Close, and of the free passage from the Green through the other part of the yard, to the use of Edward Fellowes of Gloucester Place, Portman Square, Middlesex, Rear Admiral, in trust for W.H. Fellowes, in consideration of £30 paid by W.H. Fellowes to W.H. Brown. |
