Description | Of the surrender of copyhold to secure an Annuity and Deed of Covenanants. It is agreed between Beard, Senier and Samuel Hardy of Chapman Street in p of St. Mary Islington, Middlesex, gent, that for £600 paid by Hardy to Beard, Senier is to hold the lands in R7/4/21 upon trust to pay from them an annuity of £8 to Samuel Hardy, his assigns, excutors etc., during the lives of Samuel Hardy and of Benjamin and Campbell Hardy of Chapman Street. For collaterally securing the annuity Beard excutes a Warrant of Attorney for confessing a Judgment to Hardy in £1,200 in the court of common pleas. Endorsed: Grant 15th August. 1823. Beard to Hardy £200 A further annuity of £16 during the above 3 lives. |
