TitleAssignment of Mortgage and Further Charge.
Description10th November 1761 Wise, Robert Serjeant and his son, Joseph Serjeant of Ramsey, cordwainer, to Francis Overall of Ramsey, gent. For £60 to Wise by Overall and a further £60 to the Serjeants by Overall. The land as in R7/3/18 and the residue of the term of 500 years therein. Endorsed 1) Receipt 24th September 1762 Overall acknowledges receipt of £20, part of the principal. 2) Receipt 16th May 1764 Overall acknowledges receipt of a further £30 from John Serjeant, shoemaker, to whom the inheritance of the premises has been conveyed.
