Richards and Boys and his wife to Thomas Boys of Hendon, Middlesex, salesman, and his trustee, Robert Stephenson of Smithfield, london, coffee man. For £150 to Richards and £150 to Boys and his wife from Thomas Boys. Lands as in R7/3/3 and R7/3/4 Endorsed: 1) Appointment 7th November 1777 Boys and his wife appoint the above lands to be chargeable with the repayment of a further £120 to Thomas Boys. 2) Release of Equity of Redemption. 24th August 1778. Boys and his wife to Thomas Boys. In consideration of the £423 remaining due to T.Boys for the principle and interest. Lands as above.
