DescriptionCopy of Court Roll. Copy of Conditional Surrender by Nettleton of his messuage in Wistow with the yards, barns and buildings belonging to it, and 64 ½ acres of arable land and 3 acres of meadow lying in the fields, meadows and bounds of Wistow, to the use of Dr Fullwood of Huntingdon, in consideration of a loan of £100. Endorsed: Receipt and Declaration of Trust 2nd June 1753 Elizabeth Fullwood, administrix of the late Dr Fullwood, acknowledges receipt of £115 from Jacob Jembelin of Huntingdon, gent, in discharge of the above Surrender, and declares that her name is now used in trust for Jembelin.
