DescriptionMade on the 8th June, 1820, by which Peter Brighty of Ramsey, gent, Edward Banes of Ramsey, gent, and Mary his wife, formerly Mary Brighty, widow of Baranabas Brighty, conveyed to Hugh Waudby of Upwell, Isle of Ely, gent, and William Hopkinson of Bourn, Lincs, upon trust to sell, the freehold and copyhold parts of the 3 Northey Closes, among others. The extract is of the proviso for appointing new trustees in case of death of the old ones or their unwillingness to act.
