Description	And Codicil of Barnabas Brighty of Ramsey, gent. Among other things, to his eldest son, Peter Brighty, his farms, lands etc; in Meerside and Loadsend, his 3 Closes called Northy Closes, late the estate of Owsley Rowley and his wife, several pieces of land lying in Ramsey Field, his messuages in the occupation of Miss Barker and a messuage called the Boat Inn, 4 tenements and a messuage, all of which are in the p. of Ramsey, subject nevertheless to the payment of several annuities and other payments.
