DescriptionSurrender by Francis Overall, gent Edward Read Thong, gent, John Cooper and Henry Assell and Elizabeth, his wife, after the suffering of a recovery of a tenement or messuage in the High Street Ramsey, to the use of William Campion of Ramsey in trust that he permits the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of Ramsey to use the messuage as a workhouse, and of a close of pasture ground in Ramsey commonly call Avorys Northey Close (4 ac) abutting on Cheyneys Orchard, to such uses as Assell shall appoint.
