DescriptionReciting that a marriage is intended between Henry Brown of Ramsey, grazier, and Elizabeth Pooley of Upwood, spinster, daughter of the late Thomas Pooley of Upwood, gent, and that a legacy of £400 to her from her father will come into the hands of Brown on the marriage. Brown to Richard Pooley of Woodwalton, gent, and William Brown of Ramsey, gent, trustees. 5 Skeggins Lots, a Stocking Fen Lot, 2 Longbeach Lots (6 acres), 1 Hollow-head Lot (4 acres), 2 Muchwood Parts and Doncaster's Close (which is 4 Muchwood parts). (To insure the payment of an annuity of the £40 to Brown's wife after his death as her jointure).
