DescriptionAnd Appointment. Reciting that William Fellowes of Ramsey Esq; as Lord of the Manor and impropriator of the Rectory, is entitled to common pasture in, and tithes in kind of, Ramsey Field and that the erection of a Wind Mill there without licence deminished his rights; that Fellowes will accept of annual rentcharge of 10sh in lieu of his rights. Now Hunns, now of Catherine Wheel Alley, p of St.Mary, Whitechapel, London, carpenter, and Poulter to Samuel Jenkins of Ramsey, gent, Land etc; as in R4/7/1 upon trust to take annual rentcharge of 10sh and apply it to the same trusts as affect the Manor of Ramsey under Fellowes's marriage settlement, then to the use of Poulter for a new term of 1,000 years (see R4/7/1) and subject to that mortgage term to the use of Hunns and Edward Hunns of Ramsey, wheelwright, trustee.
