Description(By Demise for 500 years) John Hunns of Ramsey, carpenter and miller, and Mary his wife, to Samuel Poulter of Ramsey, gent. For £100 already owed to Poulter by Hunns. A square piece of meadow ground (17 yards by 17 yards) in Ramsey Field, lying north of Biggen Lane, and the Corn Windmill built on it. Endorsed; Declaration of further charge 20th May, 1776, Hunns declares that the land etc; is now charged with the repayment of a further £50 and interest to Poulter.
