DescriptionJames Collier of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, gent, Elizabeth Collier of Red Lyon Square in p. of St. George the Martyr, Middlesex, widow, and Henry Collier of the Inner Temple, London, Esq; to Thomas Selby of Ramsey, husbandman. £130, 2 Lots of fen (16 acres) in Meerside, lying north of the Meerside Drove, another 8 acre lot in Meerside, also lying north of the drove, and another 8 acre lot in Meer Furlong in Meerside, lyong south of the droveway, all in Ramsey, which were the estate of William Eates, late of Ramsey, yeoman, who mortgaged them to Jabey Collier and later released the equity of redemption to Elizabeth Collier who conveyed the same to James Collier, Endorsed: Undertaking by Mr Samuel, 28th June 1757, Hawkins in whose hands the original is left as a Common Trustee to produce the same and the lease for a year and Bond when required.
