Description | Reciting the agreements made as to £10,000, part of the personal Estate of Margaretta Maria Weller, widow, on her marriage to (1761), and separation from(1772), John Jones Esq, now Lord Bishop of Kildare, were made trustees of £3,463 4sh 0d. 3% bank annuities reduced and a £2,000 mortgage of a freehold Estate of Jones (making together £5,000) to hold upon the trusts in the Marriage Settlement as to the £10,000: that Mrs Jones by her will (1775) gave this £5,000, to which she would be entittled on her husbands death, to the children of her daughter, Dame Jane Wilson, wife of Lt Gen. Sir Thomas Spencer Wilson of Charlton House, Kent, Baronet: That Wilson has already advanced to their 4 children their shares in the £5,000: that Jones has died and in consequence Fellowes and the Bishop have transferred to Wilson the annuities and have released to him the town of Ballinglugg in the Barony of Rathcourath, county of Meath and all the messuages etc; with the town of Ballinglugg comprised in the mortgage. Now Wilson and his wife and the Rt.Hon. Charles George Perceval, Lord Arden, on of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, and his wife, formery Miss Elizabeth Margaretta Wilson, Hon Spencer Perceval of Lincoln Inn Fields, Middlesex, and his wife, formerly Miss Maria Wilson, and Thomas Maryon Wilson of Charlton House, brother to the former Misses Wilson, release and discharge Fellowes and the Lord Bishop of Kildare from all the trusts etc. |
