Description | Among other things, to his wife, legacies amounting to £1,500, an annuity of £3,500 charged upon the Settled Estates, the income of £30,000 (part of the Middle Level Security) and the leasehold house, 3, Belgrave Square. To his son, Ailwyn Edward, a legacy of £5,000 and the income of £10,000. To his daughter, Inna, the Hon. Mrs. Whateley, the income of £5,000. To his son, William Henry, the Settled Estates, but subject to various payments, all the copyhold estates not in settlement (except those of the Manor of Ramsey) and the reidue of the personal estate. (There are rough notes in the margins re paying off of other legacies, conditional upon the deaths of various members of the family, in the 1890s and early 1900s) |
