DescriptionAmong other things, to her sister-in-law Emma Fellowes, widow, £200 and her clock, pearls, plates and the contents of the store rooms, drawers etc. in her house in Montague Square. To her niece, Emma Bayning, the sum of £10,000 £3 per centum Consolidated Bank Annuities and the rest of her jewels. To each of her nephews, Richard and James Fellowes, the sum of £10,000 £3 per centum Consolidated bank Annuities. To her nephew, Edward Fellowes of Ramsey Abbey, Esq., the residue of her real and personal estates. Expresses the wish that if she dies in London, she is buried in the family vault at College Green in the City. Appoints her nephew, Edward Fellowes, the executor of her will.
