Description(By Demise for 500 years) Francis Ibberson of Benwick, yeoman, and Margaret his wife, to David Burges of Benwick, gent. £400 Land as in R34/4/2 and as in R34/4/5 (except Lillyhills). Endorsed (1) Assignment of above Mortgage, 2nd December, 1786. Reciting the Marriage Settlement of Ann King of Godmanchester, spinster, daughter and only child of William King of Benwick Esq., by Ann, his late wife, deceased, who was the surviving sister of Burgess, deceased, and Owsley Rowley of Huntingdon, Esq., Now Ann King, with the consent of Rowley, to her father and John Laxon of Godmanchester, trustees of the settlement, the above mortgage, upon trust for her separate use. (2) Discharge of the above Mortgage 27th February, 1792. William King, by direction of Rowley and Ann his wife to Ibberson £400 to King.
