DescriptionReciting the will of Francis Ibberson (1820) by which the lands devised to his sons Isaac and Henry were charged with a legacy of £500 to his daughter Ann, payable on her marriage, reciting to R34/4/19 and that the payment had been made. Now, John Allen Jarvis of Southam, Warws, Dissenting Minister and Ann his wife, formerly Miss Ann Ibberson, discharge Isaac Ibberson and Ann the widow of Henry Ibberson all the children of Henry Ibberson and their lands from the payment of the legacy and from all claims etc.
