DescriptionBoard of Agriculture and Fisheries enfranchises the copyhold lands held of the Manor of Upwood since 6th June, 1888 (R34/1/2.) by Lord De Ramsey. subject to the payment of an annual rent charge of £84: 9s: 4d. Endorsed: Receipt 1st January, 1910. Arthur Mowbray of Upwood Esq., acknowledges that he has received £2,111: 13s: 4d. from Lord De Ramsey for the redemption of the above rentcharge. Certificate 28th February, 1910. Board of Agriculture and Fisheries certifies that the rentcharge has been redeemed.
