Description	Reciting that a new church has been built in the p. of Ramsey and that it is to be consecrated by the name of St. Mary. Now Edward Fellowes of Ramsey Abbey Esq., M.P. to the Governers of the Bounty of Queen Anne. Rent charge of £150 per year charges upon a messuage and the 151 ac 1r 6p, of land beloning to it lying at middlemoor Ramwsey, for the augmentation of the maintenance of the incumbent of the new church of St. Mary at Ramsey. (in the margin is a plan of the land)
